Erina Huang is the Investment & Operations Director at YES Capital, where she leads investment execution, operational delivery, investor coordination, and cross-border market engagement for the firm’s large-scale real-asset projects across New Zealand.

Working at the intersection of capital, compliance, investor relations, and project delivery, Erina plays a key role in translating investment strategy into structured, compliant, and investment-ready opportunities. She is responsible for coordinating project execution, supporting capital deployment, managing investor-facing materials, and ensuring that YES Capital’s projects are presented with clarity, credibility, and disciplined delivery.

YES Capital is a New Zealand-based wholesale investment platform approved under the Active Investor Plus framework, connecting eligible global investors with real-economy opportunities backed by tangible assets. The platform focuses on selected projects across tourism, manufacturing, infrastructure, wellness, aged care, and regional development, with an emphasis on governance, transparency, capital stewardship, and long-term value creation.

Erina brings more than a decade of experience across New Zealand’s building, development, compliance, and investment-related sectors. With a professional foundation in architectural design and regulatory compliance, she has built deep technical expertise in project feasibility, consenting pathways, building code compliance, consultant coordination, and development delivery. Her previous experience includes work within Auckland Council’s Building Consents team, specialist compliance work with an IANZ-accredited consultancy, and design management roles for New Zealand property developers, where she supported the end-to-end delivery of complex residential and commercial projects.

This multidisciplinary background gives Erina a rare ability to assess investment opportunities from both a capital and execution perspective. Her responsibilities include managing investor enquiries, coordinating investment briefings, preparing project and fund materials, supporting due diligence discussions, and helping investors understand YES Capital’s asset-backed investment logic, governance structure, capital deployment approach, and planned exit pathways. Through this work, Erina helps bridge international capital with high-quality New Zealand opportunities.

In addition to her development and operations expertise, Erina is also a qualified Financial Adviser, giving her a strong investor-focused perspective on capital stewardship, risk management, suitability considerations, and long-term value creation. She has further strengthened her leadership capability through Harvard Business School Online’s Business Management programme, adding strategic management, commercial decision-making, and executive leadership insight to her multidisciplinary background.

Erina also serves as Project Design Manager for YES Valley, YES Capital’s flagship master-planned precinct in Pōkeno. YES Valley brings together sustainable tourism, agri-tech, creative industries, infrastructure, and New Zealand-made manufacturing into a transformational regional development platform. In this role, Erina supports design coordination, consultant management, project planning, compliance pathways, and delivery readiness.
